Majesty 100 yacht charter with a second lounge above Monaco’s coast

A glazed upper lounge gives the original Majesty 100 a different role from a yacht with an entirely open flybridge. For a Monaco stay, compare that second sheltered setting with the five-cabin plan and the way your group divides shared and private time.

Inside the yacht dossier

The upper lounge changes how the yacht is used

The original Majesty 100 encloses its skylounge in glass, with opening side windows and folding doors towards the aft terrace. It gives guests a sheltered upper room rather than only an exposed flybridge. The main saloon remains available below, so a group can use two interior settings during the same part of the day.

For a Monaco holiday, this can help guests with different routines share one yacht comfortably. Some may want a quiet view from above while others continue lunch or conversation on the main deck. It also gives a host more flexibility when direct sun or an evening breeze makes an entirely open lounge less appealing.

The aft deck can open sideways

The manufacturer's original specification includes folding balconies on both sides of the aft main deck. They widen the relationship between the cockpit and the sea when deployed, while the stern provides steps towards the bathing platform. Their use remains an operational decision for the crew, not a permanent increase in space during every part of the trip.

For an informal reception near Monaco, consider the furniture and circulation with the balconies in their actual operating position. The table, service route and places to stand need to work together. A photograph with the sides open does not establish permission for a harbour event, a particular berth or the number of guests allowed aboard.

Bedrooms are arranged for a longer stay

The original brochure describes a main-deck owner's suite with an office, plus two double and two twin guest cabins below. These five rooms provide a mix of private sleeping arrangements, with crew accommodation treated separately. Individual yachts can change details of that plan.

For a family holiday, the office may provide a useful separation from the main gathering spaces, while twins can suit children or friends travelling together. A group of couples should compare the actual beds and room proportions rather than assume five equal suites. Luggage, transfers and provisioning are easier to organise once that allocation is settled.

Original 100, rather than the later 100 Terrace

This guide follows the original 31.70-metre model with a 7.10-metre beam, documented in the manufacturer's 2017 brochure. It does not assign the later 100 Terrace's new arrangements to an earlier yacht. Optional features, including particular spa or entertainment equipment, belong to the individual specification.

The scene is an illustration of the original design. A charter proposal identifies the actual yacht, current layout, certified guests and Monaco-area embarkation. For several days along the coast, plan some evenings aboard as well as shore visits: the two lounges have more value when there is time to use them. Longer passages and event berthing require a separate practical plan with the captain and operator.
